Payment Processors: To securely process transactions. We use a PCCI compliant payment processor and we do not store your credit card information other than the last 4 digits of your card number and its expiration date.

Scheduling Software Providers: To manage class bookings and appointments.

We have a Record Retention Policy and Schedule (“Policy”) which calls for the deletion of routine business information on a periodic basis according to the type of record and the department that generates it. Some important legal documents are retained permanently as required by the Policy. Many records are deleted after one year. Certain information cannot be deleted if you intend to continue using our site and studio, such as your email address and your telephone number.
